Jessica Zamiska

Jessica Zamiska is a freelance singer based in Washington, DC.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Jess has spent the last several years as a part of the Pittsburgh music circuit playing in various bands and singing back up. She has performed in venues across the northeast from Pittsburgh to New York City.  

She is the singer and manger for Velvet Heat, a pop and r&b fusion band she formed with guitarist, Arianna Powell, in 2012.  Velvet Heat's debut EP Circles is available on iTunes now. 

Jessica has studied voice with Carnegie Mellon University faculty member Daniel Teadt and the late jazz vocalist Maureen Budway. She earned an MBA in Sport, Art and Entertainment Management.
